Surbitonian Gardens is an exceptional new care home in Surbiton. We offer residents a wide range of facilities and quality care in a home-from-home environment.
Our care home is split into five households over three floors with 16 ensuite rooms. All rooms have their own en-suite facilities. The amenities on offer have been developed to positively influence the delivery of the highest quality of care.
This includes a variety of communal areas, hairdressers, tech hub, games room, multifunctional space for community engagement, gift shop, lifestyle kitchens, café area and a range of dining areas. There are external garden areas that are designed to enable our residents to enjoy the outside.
Growing old is mandatory.
Growing up is optional.

We select our team based on our values to ensure they are able to support people flexibly and sensitively. We encourage our residents to participate in helping us to shape their futures and live their lives their way, whilst enjoying a comfortable and safe environment.

Every resident is an individual, and at Surbitonian Gardens we are committed to treating them as such. With unique personal care plans, each resident’s specific needs are looked after, and all members of staff understand every resident’s interests and preferences.
We seek to listen to the voice of each person, connect with them and respond with imagination and creativity. We aim to enable people to maximise their abilities and retain their independence as far as possible by agreeing with them (or their relative or representative) individual care plans, supporting them to encourage the retention of daily life skills for as long as possible.

Residential
We care for older people who are no longer able to live independently at home, providing support such as personal care and taking medication. Social activities, interactions and delicious food keep the mind and body well and active.
Nursing
Our highly skilled team of qualified nurses and care staff are able to support people with their medical needs and provide assistance with personal care, activities of daily living and independence.
Dementia
We provide specialist nursing and multi-disciplinary team care to support people living with dementia. We assist residents with everything they need while ensuring they remain active and happy.
Respite
We understand that caring for someone at home can be emotionally and physically demanding. As a carer, it’s important to step back and make time for yourself.
Day Services
We offer day services to give your relative the opportunity to get out and about, interact and spend time in a new social circle, enjoying the companionship of others and maybe even making a few new lasting friendships!
